I don't know how to do it, but MK's cape teleport thing has some sort of trick to it where you can make it last indefinitely. As in, he disappears for AS LONG AS YOU WANT and reappears to attack.

I can't imagine it not getting banned from tourney play though.

Guys, I know how, and I know it won't be banned, because it's freaking impossible to keep up for real long. What you do is do the cape, then hold the control stick down while pressing up on the C-stick REPEATEDLY and VERY VERY FAST. It can get immensly tiring after like 2-3 seconds which is why I think it won't get banned.

Yeah. It's just holding down or down-diagonal and spamming up-C stick. You pretty much have to twitch to make it work, it hurts like hell after a short amount of time. That said, it's possible to do it indefinitely but very hard. At the least I can teleport across the stage and surprise people, though.

The site's been updating though. The last one was in august, it was about home-run records and stuff. Or something.
